It is understood that, today users are more interested in presentation. Autodesk has given reply to such demand with AutoCAD2007®. Those who use rendering know the process of Hide, Accurender, 3D Studio, 3D Studio MAX, VIZ very well. Those who attempt to use these programs for a realistic presentation will understand after some time that they require expertise. This expertise is required in two fields; first one is technical adequacy, and the second one is adequacy in the artistic manner. In my articles, I am trying to help you in the technical manner. However, light, perspective and material are significant components of rendering. Difference between existence and absence of light inside a scene is very important. For example, light coming from a correctly chosen angle, has a determining effect on transparency of glass. If the angle is not correct, it will not be clear that there is glass. For one moment, think about glasses in real life. If we have managed to keep a glass with a perfect surface without any dirt on it, then that glass would have been invisible. Even though such a glass cannot be made, sometimes we cannot see the windows of stores and we crash into them. All of this is caused by light and shadow. Similarly, background picture inside an interior render scene causes headache. At this point, problem is more than one. These are primarily the ratio of the background picture, distance of objects like clouds etc., if existing, and the location of horizon line. However, adjusting these requires proficiency. At this point, the best approach will be to prepare the background picture with a photo taken from a similar scene towards outside.
In the previous paragraph, I tried to explain the subjects regarding the artistic and professional aspects. However, of course AutoCAD 2007 software also has some limitations and technical problems. In this regard, it is not possible to do everything in AutoCAD 2007. For good presentations, you will have to take support from professional softwares and maybe even outside offices.
