Hi,
Most of you probably realized that Autocad 2002 fills a big space in Add or Remove Programs Menu of Windows and yet there is not any button to remove. This situation may sometimes be very annoying. But it is very easy to fix it. To do this, click ‘Run’ form the Windows start menu and type ‘regedit’ into the box and press ‘ok’.
The registry editor window should appear. Browse;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
and there should be some folders in it like the one below;
‘{350C97B0-3D7C-4EE8-BAA9-00BCB3D54227}’
Search these, find the one related to Autocad and delete ‘-1’ expression from the end of the display icon variable. To find the correct folder, you have to look in them one by one or search for ‘acad.exe’ when ‘uninstall’ folder is selected.
Regards.

Thank you thank you thank you.
This has been bugging me for a while. Your fix worked great.
Note for ACAD LT users look for ACLT.exe, not ACAD.exe
