AutoCAD 2009 and higher
Recently I’ve been talking quite a lot about the Quick Properties window. This feature that comes with AutoCAD 2009 may seem minor, but does a good job in increasing our efficiency.

When you select an object or a group of objects and the Quick Properties doesn’t show, it means it’s turned off. You can acitvate it by hitting CTRL+SHIFT+P, as well as accessing it from the last button to the right on the AutoCAD status bar.

As an additional tip for all of you keyboard junkies (like myself), I set my PGP file to have QQ assigned to the QUICKPROPERTIES command.
The cool thing is that it works transparently.
